Short on time? Here is the whole list, top to bottom. Every code begins with *989 and ends with #. Use real digits in place of the capitalised words.

How to read the capitalised words
| In the code | Replace with | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Amount | Digits only, no commas or naira sign | 5000 |
| Account Number | The recipient’s 10-digit account number | 1234567890 |
| Phone Number | An 11-digit number starting with 0 | 08012345678 |
A 3-step routine that avoids mistakes
1. Dial *989*0# and check that your balance covers the amount.
2. Send the money, and read the recipient details on screen before you enter your PIN.
3. Keep the confirmation until the recipient says the money has arrived.
3 things we could not confirm
1. A mini statement code. A guide lists mini statements in the menu but gives no shortcut. Look for it after dialing *989#.
2. A customer support code. The same guide mentions support in the menu with no code. Use the bank’s official channels.
3. Fees and daily limits. No source we read states them. Ask Globus Bank before you move a large amount.
Eight of the nine codes come from a single third-party guide, so treat the list as a map, and let your own screen have the final say.
Screenshot this list, then test *989*0# once. If it works, your registration is good to go.
