Which data is used first?
When you hold a social media bundle and a regular data bundle, the social bundle is used first whenever you are on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. Your regular bundle starts working for those apps only after the social bundle is finished. Everything outside those apps uses the regular bundle as normal.
Calls on WhatsApp
A WhatsApp voice or video call does not draw on a social media bundle. It needs a regular data bundle or airtime. If you have neither, the call will not connect, so keep a small regular bundle next to your social one.

Buying more than one

Common mistakes
- Expecting a WhatsApp call to use the social bundle.
- Opening a link in the app, which can open a browser that uses regular data.
- Forgetting that the bundle covers only the named apps.
- Buying a regular bundle when a social bundle would do.
Can I use the bundle for YouTube?
No. It is for WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
Does it work on 3G?
It is designed for 4G internet.
Can I use it for video calls?
No. Calls need a regular bundle or airtime.
