Every Moniepoint job starts with *5573#. After that, pick the job from the menu. Here is how each one runs.
Transfers
Choose Transfer, enter the amount and bank, confirm the details, pick the account, enter your PIN.
Airtime
Choose for yourself or for others, pick the network, confirm and enter your PIN.
Data
Same flow as airtime. Choose the data option, confirm and enter your PIN.
Balance
Choose Check balance, pick an account if you have several, enter your PIN.
PIN
Choose Change PIN and enter your old PIN. If you forgot it, visit an agent or branch.
Security
*5573*911# blocks or unblocks debit transactions.
Networks for airtime
When you buy airtime or data for another number, you choose the network: MTN, Glo, Airtel or 9mobile.

If you have more than one account with Moniepoint, the menu asks which one to use for transfers and balance checks. Read the choice before you confirm.
