Limits to plan around
Transfers are capped at ₦100,000 a day in total, and airtime at ₦3,000 a day. For a larger payment, use another Zenith channel or ask the bank first. The service is free to use, but your network can charge for the session, so keep a little airtime.
4 mistakes to avoid
◆ Dialling from a number that is not linked to your account.
◆ Typing spaces between the stars and numbers.
◆ Entering your PIN before you have checked the account name or biller.
◆ Repeating a transfer before you have seen the confirmation.
Pick the card you need, dial from your registered number and wait for the confirmation before you try again.
