Mobile Money on MTN Rwanda works without internet. The menu is text-based, so any phone can use it. Menu numbers can change, so always read the options on screen.

Step by step: send money
- Dial *182# and press call.
- Choose the send money option.
- Enter the receiver’s number carefully.
- Enter the amount.
- Type your PIN and confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS and keep it.
Cash withdrawal safety
Some withdrawals need you to approve the request yourself before the agent sends the prompt. If your menu shows an authorise option, use it from your own registered phone.
